I don’t want to live a life chasing satisfaction
Not having a day to enjoy the attraction
Stamina drove me but became my enemy
Addicted to grind
Zero time to wine and dine
What kind of life can that be?
Not what I want, ain’t no room for happy
I don’t want to be that millionaire
Enjoying the thrill, then deflating when caliber turns billionaire
Egotistical pursuant for blindfolded societies to follow
A legacy only the heartless can borrow
Enough of them exist – if they are straight, then narrow.
Relationships either coo or deadly, like Chicago
Wholeness is singular
Social media says to find Christopher
Humans are holistic;
Bio-Psycho-Socio-Spiritual beings
Every part needs feeding
To live a life where one is perpetually succeeding
External materials can not feed us,
Appetites have rankings; drugs-only bandage cuts
The normalcy of Alcohol in social gatherings,
Numb souls to silence the voice of sufferings
So many mansions are empty.
People inside; souls have no mind to carry
Once a project is over, find a new one to marry
Was drive solutions or a title to increase salary
Lack in fulfillment, yet, top tier on the market
Failed importance; laid devoid in the casket
Satisfaction comes from the proctor
Only those who know Him will balance on the ladder!
