You Are Made Unique, And So Is Your Path

You Are Made Unique, And So Is Your Path

I know my potential
I expect better
Feeling the pressure
So much to achieve
Keep pondering on my mischief
I see the end
Beginning kind-a fuzzy
Now I’m dizzy
In what it could be
Starting is the hardest
Pushing through is the harvest
My ideas are limitless
Nonetheless, my circumstances are ridiculous
From the jump, I wasn’t like many
We all say that;
Real different
Can’t compare me
Aplomb only offends if you’re goofy
Stand on your own
Enough crowns for the family
Everything we face
With God’s grace
Grows and molds us
Should never fold us
The hardest part is the process
And the nonsense
When’s the blessing?
What I’m missing got me wishing;
Change my mission?
Self-dissing
Charge it to da game; ain’t no quitting!

Regrets become evident as we lose control, a pill we all have to swallow; we are not the author – leave the pen alone; already written!

    University effect

I decided to take a route different from the norm following University – the world after college strikes differently. Even before University, my purpose has never been to expand the system; alternatively – to invest in myself and establish a legacy. I aim to use my capabilities to develop profitable occupations and cut the middleman out in my accomplishments. We all have different temperaments – a nine-to-five does not suit my story.

The stage right after University [or High School] lacks conversation – most conform to the blueprint and resume without intermission. College grinds our mentality differently; some finish with an identical mission – others have a transformed perception.

There is an unspoken hurry-up pressure right after Uni, and the reminder of those four to five years’ better payoff does not cease; these thoughts ultimately alter decisions. One urge compelled me to continue school; the other passion was intrigued by the search for identity and purpose.

This chapter is a prime stage in a person’s walk of life, confronted with the road of an unstructured path versus a blueprint.

Avoid the pressure of family and society; they fail to take heed of your mentality!

    Isolation causes clarity

Following graduation – I went on an elevation journey that required isolation to stimulate my mind to embark on a new journey. I took a social media fast to gain clarity. During my social break – I spent essential quality time alone. I have always loved solitude; I sat and watched myself swiftly grow immensely.

Utilizing all my advantages, my search for clarity introduced me to a spiritual journey. I became content in this new walk of life – it awakened me to comprehend the irrelevancy of what I left behind.

My perspective on social media changed drastically. I began discerning the duplicity and power of control it had on the human mind. Taking a social break allowed me to reevaluate my circle and the amount of time I dedicated to social events – which was detrimental to my future.

A strong sense of identity leads to the revelation of purpose and passion, grounding destiny.

There are two categories of people: those willing to engrave their footprints in life and those who follow the model. We must boldly live life for ourselves – not for the standards of family, vanity, or society.

An easy choice would be to follow the wave that suits you or take a leap of faith in yourself and personalize prints. This decision will be challenging because it lacks a how-to guide; however, its longevity will be rewarding; we should acknowledge this stage and be strategic with our actions.

Humanity is-indoctrinated! Adulthood is unlearning, discerning lies, and taking power back inwardly.

Motivate and educate! I hope this silences the infirmities that make you think you are alone; all these are normal-tings!
