Withstand trials and tribulations
Don’t pull back
Increase resilience; we’re all marked
Feel the emotions
Never kneel as devotions
Every plate carries a different weight
Exercise muscles during the wait
Physically and mentally;
Both essential to refute spiritually
Stop finding comfort in sensitive culture
