It’s Not Easy, Another Degree

Encountered another distinct level of not easy
Plunging to a bewildering degree
Life is not easy
Ne’er give up; withstand, though it gets dizzy
Hold on to the vision;
When you fail to logic provision
A wind of new faith
Grace renewed strength
Sole on fire to spurn bait
Nap sometimes
Calm your thoughts to solve crimes
Reiterate light during dark times
Plead His spirit to bind evil spirits
Shadows are black because of wicked nature
Kingdom children hide in light, awaiting rapture
The remnants are in the conqueror
We are and will die a martyr
An army seals us
Ten thousand against us
All doomed to dissipate as dust
Balance is the key that thrust.
Be wise like a serpent, gentle as a dove
Not my words but God’s; scripture is a ubiquitous glove

Fortified my city, see now its beauty
Today warfares toast tomorrow
Lack of understanding is lunging our sorrow
Reach the promised land
Hold the hands of those who follow
Not us, but Jesus, Him, who is hallow
Stretched to wear the mantle
Humbled to clothe those without a sandal
Clever to defend the mishandled
The process is not self-centered
We usher seats; in Him are the surrendered;
The wait in seasons
Signify added weights for divine reasons
